In 2024 the World Cheese Awards were staged in Viseu in Portugal. The Guild of Fine Foods brought in Silverstream to run the whole technical production - from live streaming World Cheese TV, to the giant LED screens and AV production of the Superjury that selects the winning cheese.

4,786 cheeses from 47 countries are judged by 244 expert judges. They're finally whittled down to the best 14 cheeses that are then judged live by the Superjury. No one knows who the winning cheese-maker will be until the results are revealed.
