We provided a 3 sided LED screen and live video production at Media 10's 100% Optical event.

The Challenge

Event organisers Media 10 enlisted our services to provide a bespoke LED screen solution at 100% Optical, the UK’s largest optical event, attracting over 8,000 visitors and more than 200 exhibitors.

They also required presenter-led live video to be broadcast on the screen throughout the two day event, showcasing all the top highlights from around the venue at London’s Excel, adding an exciting buzz to the atmosphere!

Live Video Production

With our presenters Michael and Annaliese, we provided our flexible Event TV service, capturing the most exciting content and busy atmosphere across the show. From live fashion shows and interactive workshops, to design competitions and exhibitor demonstrations, we covered it all and visitors were able to see all the event had to offer.

What’s more, with our onsite editors we were able to create quick turnaround videos and daily highlights to be shown on the screen during and post-event.

The LED screen

The three-sided LED screen was rigged above the bar in the central area where the majority of visitors could watch all the action as they explored the show.

In between video broadcasts, it also featured our live SocialWall, which further enhanced the event by enabling attendees to engage and interact through live posting from Instagram and Twitter to the screen.
