The Challenge

As the UK's most reputable multi-disciplined marketing exhibition, Marketing Week Live organisers Centaur Media wanted to maximise engagement and generate buzz for their 5,500 attendees. They needed a way to better connect visitors to all that was happening around the show and increase traffic to exhibitor stands.

The solution was Event TV - involving presenter-led live video to be broadcast on the screen throughout the two-day event at London Olympia, covering both Marketing Week Live and its sister event, Insight Show.

Live Event TV

We turned both events into a live TV show, broadcasting around the venue and online for those who could not attend the show. Each year, MWL and Insight TV showcases all the top highlights from around the venue, increasing visitor and exhibitor engagement and generating lots of video content through highlights and social clips.

What’s more, channel sponsorship opportunities have provided exhibitors and brands with another platform to communicate their message, generating additional revenue streams for Centaur.

Screen Networks

To give the live channel plenty of impact, we placed bespoke LED screens and 50 inch TV screens at key areas around the venue, allowing visitors to keep watching as they move around the event.

In 2016 we largely increased the amount of screens, with two large LED screens and 13 TV screens dotted across both Marketing Week Live and Insight Show.
